IKI of Troy is a place where anyone is welcome.  While Krav Maga training does tend to increase your heart rate, make you sweat and help you lose weight, that is not our primary goal.  Your safety and ability to defend yourself is our number one priority.   Being out of shape is a horrible excuse to put off your first lesson.  Any assailant will not hesitate to attack because you’re not fit enough, just as an assailant will not avoid you because you are injured. We will work with you to make you effective at defending yourself no matter your fitness level, age or physical ability.  Using these excuses is similar to saying that you will go to school when you’re smart enough.

Another factor in our training is the family feel you get with our training.  Nobody will feel intimated or singled out for any reason.  Everyone is always friendly, helpful and encouraging.

No matter who you are, you have a place to train with IKI of Troy.
